摘要本文对真空发生器的结构及工作原理进行介绍,运用数值仿真与实验的方法研 究了关键参数对真空发生器性能的影响。另外也介绍了真空发生器的广泛应用和发 展状况。本研究选择 SMC 公司 ZH 系列 ZH-20DL 型号真空发生器为研究对象,对 真空发生器内空气流体建立三维模型,应用 Gambit、Fluent 等软件对其进行流场分 析,模拟真空发生器的工作状态。在流场分析过程中,改变真空发生器的关键参 数,如入口压力、入口流量等,得到不同的压力分布云图和各入口、出口的流量, 分析参数对真空发生器性能产生的影响。此后,通过实验,改变入口流量入口压 力,得到数据,验证仿真结果,整理总结数据结果,并找出关键参数对性能影响的 规律,以便在工作中生产中更好地发挥真空发生器的作用,对真空发生器的设计和 改进也有所帮助。83831

Abstract In this paper, the structure and working principle of vacuum generator are introduced, the influence of vacuum generator's characteristics in different inlet pressure and outlet pressure is introduced by using numerical simulation and experimental method。 It is indicated that inlet pressure and outlet pressure have greatly effect on vacuum generator's characteristics and the effect of different parameters on the performance of vacuum generator is explained。 In addition, the wide application and development of vacuum generator is also introduced in this paper。 In this study, SMC ZH series ZH-20DL type vacuum generator is chosen as the research object。 Air fluid inside of the vacuum generator is transform to 3D model, the air flow is analyzed with application of Gambit and Fluent, and the working state of the vacuum generator is simulated。 In the process of flow field analysis, changing the key parameters of the vacuum generator, such as inlet pressure, inlet flow rate, we get pressure difference image and the inlet and outlet of the flow distribution, influence of parameters on the performance of the vacuum generator。 Thereafter, through the experiment, change the inlet pressure of the inlet flow, data, to verify the simulation results, and summarizing the data and find out rules of key parameters influence the performance, so that at work in the production of better play to the role of vacuum generator, it may also help for improving the design of vacuum generator。
