摘要随着科学技术的发展,产业结构升级,工业自动化水平的不断提高,多轴运动控制技术的运用变得更加广泛。多轴运动控制卡作为一种将多轴运动控制所需的软硬件集成到一起板卡,具有重要的研究学习意义。本课题主要应用NI-7350板卡通过硬件连接,软件配置完成一个的多轴伺服运动控制系统。84131
首先,本文对多轴运动控制器的概念,分类,以及课题研究目标进行简单的介绍。其次,对本多轴运动控制系统的硬件组成与连接情况进行说明,主要侧重于NI-7350板卡的运动接口的扩展连接。再次,通过对NI MAX各个控制面板的介绍,阐述了本系统的各种运行参数的软件配置情况。最后,通过NI MAX软件的调试面板对系统的运行情况进行调试观察。

Abstract With the development of science and technology, the upgrading of industrial organization, the continuous improvement of the level of industrial automation, the application of multi axis motion control technology has become more and more widely used。 Multi axis motion control cards is used as the hardware and software of the multi axis motion control。 It has important research significance。 The main application of the NI-7350 board through the hardware connection, software configuration to complete a multi axis servo motion control system。
Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, classification and the research goal of the multi axis motion controller。 Secondly, the hardware composition and connection of the multi axis motion control system is described, which mainly focuses on the extension of the NI-7350 board。 Again, through the introduction of the MAX NI control panel, this paper describes the software configuration of the various operating parameters of the system。 Finally, through the debugging panel of MAX NI software, the operation condition of the system is observed。
