摘要柴油机由于其热效率高的显著特点,应用领域已经日趋广泛。而迫于严峻的能源 和环境危机以及国际环保公约的要求,对柴油机的性能和排放的优化控制显得越来越 重要。其中研究喷油压力的影响就是一个重要途径。84139
本文通过运用 AVL BOOST 程序对某直列六缸柴油机进行整机建模并输入实际柴油 机结构和运行参数。由于部分参数来自官方,该模型有较大的准确性,而在模拟运行 后将所得图形与相关研究结果对比验证了该机工作模型的正确以及有效性。在这个基 础上,通过建立的模型研究了喷油压力对柴油机性能的影响并利用曲线图例直观显示 了其影响特征,为后来的优化调整做好准备。
最后,结合以上数据所得的结果,对此柴油机的喷油压力进行优化调整,确定合 适的压力变化区间以使结果更加明显。结果发现:提高喷油压力提高了功率和机械效 率并降低了燃料消耗,有效提高了此柴油机的性能参数。

Abstract Because of the diesel engine’s notable characteristic of high thermal efficiency, it’s increasingly used as the day going on and it is increasingly important to optimize the performance and emissions of the diesel engine forced by serious energy-environment crises and also requirements of the international conventions。 Studying the effect of the injection pressure is one of the most important approach。
You will be told in this article that we model a certain inline six-cylinder diesel engine by using the avl boost software, we also enter the actual structure and operating parameters of the model in this software。 We know that the model can be accurate because part of the parameters we used are official。 After running this model, we verify the accuracy and validity of the model by comparing the analog data and results of other related research。 On this basis, study the injection pressure’s effect on the performance of diesel engine through using this model and also use the plot legend to visualize their impact characteristics to make ready for later optimization and adjustment。
At last, combining the result of the above data, optimize and adjust the injection pressure of this diesel engine to determine the appropriate change interval。 We hope that the results will be more apparent by doing this。 We find that the diesel engine can effectively improve the engine power and also mechanical efficiency after adjustment, the fuel consumption of this diesel engine is reduced。
