摘要伴随新一轮的全球能源大发展,电网规模和智能化越来越高,与之密切相关的电力系统的可靠性、稳定性要求越来越多,人们对用电可靠性提出了更高的要求。尤其是电网的稳定运行关乎国民经济稳定发展,10KV配电网作为最普遍的中压配电网络,其可靠性的研究显得尤为重要。84216
本文围绕10KV终端配电网络,先对构成系统的元件加以分析,对元件可靠性的基本概念,数学模型等作了具体分析。故障模式与后果分析法(FMEA)是比较通行的传统配电网络评估手段,这种方法的缺点是:在网络规模很大时,各种故障后果的分析将变得十分繁琐。因此本文在简要介绍传统电力分析方法后,提出了以最小割集算法为数学工具的FMEA优化分析方法。对关乎用电生活的可靠性与经济性的协调进行了简要阐述
在简要介绍传统电力分析方法后,提出了以最小割集算法为数学工具的FMEA优化分析方法。给出了计算机软件的设计流程图,还设计了一套可行的计算机评估软件系统。对关乎用电生活的可靠性与经济性的协调进行了简要阐述,为国民经济发展中配电网可靠性的意义作了深入探讨。此外重点进行了10KV配电网络停电原因的分析,分别给出了相对应的缩短停电时间的技术和人工措施,最后对于未来电网输配电的发展前景做了合理的展望。
本研究的目的和意义就在于基于可靠性理论的数学模型,利用现有理论对可靠性现状进行浅析,为电力系统优化提供参考。

Abstract With the grid interconnection size and complexity increase, the power system security and stability issues have become increasingly prominent, people power reliability of the higher requirements。 Especially the stable development of stable operation of the grid in respect of the national economy, 10KV distribution network as the most popular medium voltage distribution network, the reliability of the research is particularly important。
This paper focuses on the terminal 10KV distribution network, first an analysis of the structure of the system components, we made a detailed analysis of the basic concepts of reliability elements, mathematical modeling。 The traditional method is to evaluate the distribution network Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), but this method when the network scale becomes larger variety of consequences of failure analysis will become very lengthy。
After a brief introduction to the traditional power analysis method, the paper presents a FMEA optimization analysis method based on the minimum cut set algorithm。 The design flow chart of computer software is given, and a set of feasible computer evaluation software system is designed。 This paper makes a brief exposition of the coordination of the reliability and economy of the electric life, and discusses the significance of the reliability of the distribution network in the development of the national economy。 Also focus on the analysis of 10kV distribution network outage, are given the corresponding shorten outage time of technology and artificial measures, finally for the future power grid transmission distribution prospects for the development of a reasonable prospect。
The purpose and significance of this study is based on the mathematical model of reliability theory, using the existing theory to analyze the reliability of the status quo, to provide a reference for the optimization of power systems。
