摘要舱底水系统是船舶上非常重要的系统,担负着将聚集在船舶各个舱室的舱底水进行处理后排除舷外的重要作用,从而避免造成船体结构腐蚀、货物浸泡损失和机电设备损坏,确保排出舷外的舱底水含油量低于IMO的规定要求。因此对舱底水系统进行仿真与监测可以真实再现船舶舱底水系统,并模拟出监测画面,有利于提高船舶舱底水系统处理自动化、智能化、信息化水平,也能够对舱底水系统进行优化设计和预测。84219
本课题以12000HP油服船为研究对象,通过分析舱底水系统管系原理图,对舱底水储存舱,废油舱,舱底水沉淀舱以及油渣舱这四个舱室建立液位数学模型,同时设定第一甲板十九个监控点和油水分离机的工作状态。之后再运用MATLAB中SIMUINK进行仿真,得出各舱室液位随时间变化的曲线。
本课题最后使用Webaccess软件绘制监控界面,通过中转程序实现MATLAB,Access数据库和Webaccess这三者之间的连接,监控界面上就会实时显示simulink中的仿真结果,从而实现对舱底水系统的模拟监测。

Abstract Bilge water system is a very important system of the ship,charged with gathering in bilge water from all compartments of the ship and discharging the bilge water which have been treated。 Bilge water system is capable to avoid the hull structure corrosion, the loss of cargo immersing and the damage of mechanical and electrical equipment。 Therefore the bilge system for simulation and monitoring can represent bilge water system really,and simulate the monitoring screen which is favorable to improve the bilge system processing automation, intelligent, informatization level 。what’s more ,it is also optimize the design and make a prediction to the bilge system。
In this paper, the 12000HP oil service ship is as the research object。I establish the mathematical model of the liquid level about the bilge water storage tank, oil tank, bilge water sedimentation tank and sludge tank through the analysis of the piping diagram bilge system。 Meanwhile,I set the working state of 19 monitoring points located on the first deck。 Then I use the SIMUINK in the MATLAB to simulate the bilge water system。 Lastly, I get the different compartments of the liquid level changing with time。
In this paper, I finally use software Webaccess to draw the monitoring interface。 The connection is realized in MATLAB, the access database and Webaccess by a transfer procedure。 Then the monitoring interface can real-time display the simulation results from the SIMULINK, so as to realize the simulation and monitoring of bilge water system。
