摘要随着能源匮乏、环境污染日益严重,改善能源结构、提高能源的利用效率以及推广太阳能风能等清洁能源已经成为各国科研工作者亟待解决的问题,而热电联供系统因其高能效以及节能环保等特点受到了广泛的关注。热电联供系统以天然气为燃料、能量梯级利用为基础,可同时满足用户的热电需求。84284
本文针对热电联供系统,综合光伏发电对智能电网园区中热电混合能源的优化调度进行研究。首先,确定了联供系统中主要电源及辅助设备的数学建模;其次,确定了分别以经济性为单目标优化函数、以经济性和环保性为多目标优化函数,根据热、电功率平衡和设备运行特性确定约束条件,建立优化调度模型,并利用线性规划算法对其进行最优化求解;最后,以智能电网园区中一工业园区作为分析对象,提出典型日的供能调度策略。

Title Study on The Joint Dispatch and Optimization of Mixed Energy of Heat and Power in Smart Grid Park
Abstract With the energy shortage and environmental pollution becoming increasingly serious, improving energy structure and energy utilization efficiency and extending solar energy,wind energy and other cleaner energy have become a problem to be solved urgently for researchers all over the world, so the combined heat and power(CHP) system has been widespread concerned because of its energy saving capability,environment friendliness and economic benefit。 CHP system using gas as fuel is based on energy cascade utilization, and can meet the user's demand for heating and power at the same time。
On the basis of CHP system,the paper studies on optimal scheduling of mixed energy of heat and power in the Smart Grid Park combined photo-voltaic power generation。 First, the main power supply equipment and auxiliary equipment have been modeled mathematically。 Secondly, the paper determines the single objective optimization function based on economical efficiency and the multi-objective optimization function based on both economical and environmental efficiency, lists the constraints according to the load balance and equipment’s operating characteristics, establishes optimization scheduling model, and uses linear programming to solute the optimization problem。 Finally, this paper proposes scheduling strategy for a typical day using the analysis of an industrial park in Smart Grid。
