摘要本文主要研究了基于电压复合技术的交流变换器。采用Buck型AC/AC变换拓扑,向占空比中注入了二倍频的交流分量,并通过PWM调制,可以实现输出电压相位和幅值的变化。首先,详细分析了Buck型和Boost型AC/AC变换器的电路拓扑、工作原理、控制策略和参数设计。在此基础上分别对占空比为常数的Buck型和Boost型 AC/AC变换器进行闭环仿真。然后,分析了电压复合技术的原理。由于输出电压中不可避免地出现了三次谐波电压,所以采用了三次谐波陷阱进行滤除。接着,详细介绍了具有二倍频交流分量的占空比信号的生成方式和输出电压相位角的检测与计算方法。并且给出了参数设计原则与控制算法。最后,在理论分析的基础上利用Matlab/Simulink进行了开环和闭环仿真验证。仿真结果与理论分析一致。84372

Title Research on voltage composite technology of AC converter
Abstract The AC/AC converter based on voltage composite technology is studyed in this thesis。By injecting an AC component of double frequency to the duty ratio of the Buck Type AC/AC converter, the change of phase and amplitude of output voltage which is modulated by PWM can be realized。 First, circuit topology,working principle,control strategy and parameters design of Buck type and Boost type AC/AC converter are detailedly analysed。 On the basis of this, the Buck type and Boost type AC/AC converter with constant duty ratio are simulated with closed loop。
Then, the principle of voltage composite technology is analyzed。 Due to the inevitable 3rd harmonic voltage appearing among the output voltage, the 3rd harmonic trap filter is needed。Then, the generation mode of the duty cycle signal with an AC component of double frequency , detection and calculation method of the phase angle of output voltage are introduced in detail。 Also the design principle of the parameters and control algorithm are given。Finally, the open and closed loop simulation using Matlab/Simulink are conducted on the basis of theoretical analysis。 The simulation results were consistent with theoretical analysis。
