摘要悬架系统是车辆最主要的构成元素之一,它是车辆车体与轮胎间所有传力装置的总和,用于缓冲并吸收来自车轮的振动,并传导路面的驱动力和制动力。车辆悬架的性能优劣与汽车的操纵性能和成员的舒适程度紧密联系。固有的被动悬架受其构建形式的约束,性能已难以提升;近年来半主动悬架系统以其良好的性能和较低的能耗得到了广泛认同,本文首先介绍了三种形式悬架的结构与性能,接着结合悬架的动力学分析提出了悬架性能评价的若干指标,然后介绍了模糊控制理论的相关知识。本文的仿真是基于AEMSim和MATLAB/Simulink平台进行的联合仿真,基于AMESim创立了具有两个自由度的四分之一车被动悬架和半主动悬架模型;在Simulink中构造了基于模糊控制器的控制系统以及随机路面输入模型,将悬架模型与控制模型及路面输入模型结合,构建AMESim与MATLAB/Simulink的联合仿真平台进行仿真研究。文章主要对半主动悬架与被动悬架的动态性能进行了研究和对比,对模糊控制与PID控制下的半主动悬架性能进行了比较,对影响悬架性能的若干因素进行了探究,同时提出了改进方向。84373

Title The Simulation and Intelligent Control of Semi-active Vehicle Suspension System
Abstract The suspension system is one of the most important components of vehicles,as is the sum of all the force transmitting devices between the vehicle body and the wheels。It is used to buffer and absorb the vibration,and to transfer the driving force and the braking force between the wheels and the roads。The performance of the suspension system directly affects the stability and comfort of vehicles。Constrained by its structure,it’s difficult to improve the performance of traditional passive suspension system。Recent years have seen widely recognition on semi-active suspension system for its well performance and low energy consumption。 In this paper,three types of suspension system are introduced on its structure and performance。Then some evaluating indicators are put forward by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the suspension system。The theory of fuzzy control is introduced in this paper。This paper establishes the model of a two degrees of freedom quarter car semi-active suspension system based on AMESim,and a fuzzy control model as well as random pavement input models based on Simulink。The paper combines the models above on a joint simulation platform with AMESim and Simulink。It simulates and compares the performance of fuzzy controlled semi-active suspension system with the passive suspension system as well as those of the fuzzy controlled and PID controlled。At the end of the paper,some elements which may affects the performance of suspension system are studied,and some improvements are put forward。
