摘 要：本文以技术贸易壁垒对江苏中粮进出口集团出口业务的影响为研究对象，分析了技术贸易壁垒的概念、含义、特点、表现形式和江苏中粮集团所处现状，得出结论认为江苏中粮进出口集团所遭受的技术贸易壁垒是由于江苏中粮集团本身企业对进口国的技术贸易壁垒了解不透彻，江苏中粮进出口集团自身生产技术没有达到进口国要求，不能巧妙的运用世界贸易组织的争端解决机制来为企业争取正当利益。并提出建议江苏中粮集团应该多与世界贸易组织联系，积极应用世界贸易组织提供的争端解决机制，并且不断提高企业自身生产技术的发展，达到进口国的生产要求。92485

1 引言
