社团活动对初中生品格塑造的影响及策略分析

摘要由于不断发展的社团为初中生的品格塑造提供了“可教性”，加之初中生的品格具有一定的“需教性”，因此探讨如何在社团活动中对初中生进行品格塑造就显得至关重要。本文将以湖州十二中为例，总结得出在社团活动中提升初中生品格所面临的四个问题：品格塑造的时效性低下、品格塑造的实践性不足、学生品格塑造的积极性缺乏以及教师品格塑造的能力欠缺。于是本文从社团的类型、模式、内容等方面入手，寻找影响初中生品格塑造的因素，总结出应该从以下三方面入手：提高学校对社团活动的支持力度、加强教师的自身素质以及提升学生参与社团活动的积极性，以不断加强社团活动对初中生品格塑造的作用。90227

ABSTRACT Because of the association which has provided "teachability" for the character shape", combined with the character of junior high school students have a certain "educative", so how to in community activities in shaping the character of junior high school students is very important。 This will be the twelve Middle School of Huzhou as an example, the paper summarizes four problems on improving junior high school students character: character, character of the low efficiency of practical character, the students lack of enthusiasm and teachers lack the ability of character。 This paper from the community type, mode, content and other aspects, find the factors influence character of junior middle school students, should be summarized in the following three aspects: actively participate in community activities, efforts to improve school support for community activities to strengthen the quality of the teachers and improve the students, eventually continue to strengthen community on character the role of junior middle school students。
