摘要：民国时期，军阀混战，社会动荡不安，各地慈善救助组织纷纷建立起来， 其中回族慈善团体成为从事慈善事业的一支重要力量。私立南京孤儿院更是民国 时期回族慈善事业最具代表性最具广泛影响的慈善团体。本文以私立南京孤儿院 为个案，从相关档案资料入手，分析私立南京孤儿院的历史沿革，进而了解孤儿 院的管理运作、办院特色等情况，重现私立南京孤儿院的历史面貌，总结其独特 的慈善管理经验，探究回族慈善团体在民国时期社会慈善事业中发挥的重要作 用。90525
