摘要文学素养是人们实现自身价值的素养之一。社会的不断发展，造就了人们新的文学素养向度和追求以及新的价值观念，秘书人员其职责主要是负责文件信函的收发、催办、归档立卷工作，大事记、组织沿革的编制工作，辅助领导正确决策等，文学素养有助于提升个人涵养和提高公文写作水平，是沟通交流的重要保障。然而现阶段新媒体的发展，新媒体对秘书工作有着重要意义，对提升秘书文学素养也提出了新的要求，所以秘书人员应提高文学修养要学会利用新媒体，发展适合新媒体时代的文学素养。论文是针对新媒体与秘书自身文学素养的发展的探究。41896

Before, people seldom pay attention to the new media on the impact of the secretary of literature, more not mainly to there is a close relationship between the two, but at present the development of new media, learn to use new media to the secretary has important significance, and to improve the secretary also affect literary accomplishment, so the secretary personnel should improve the literature accomplishment as a compulsory course for an introductory secretary, to learn to use new media, development suited to the new media era of literary accomplishment.
