摘要文章分析了父母与孩子在青春期期间沟通的种种问题，调查了解到如今亲子间的沟通现状不荣乐观，剖析构成亲子之间沟通障碍的原因以及如何正确的去与孩子进行语言沟通的方法和技巧。运用调查问卷、归纳总结的方法整理出在此时期沟通不畅的现状及构成原因。从个案分析方式入手，着重分析青春期亲子间因沟通不畅产生的冲突状况，再来深入分析有效沟通的方法。通过经验总结法理论性，系统化的进行归纳沟通的技巧。希望通过此篇论文的分析使得父母与子女之间加强理解与尊重，消除青春期子女与父母间的隔阂，双方从自身反省与改善，从而达到和谐家庭的目的。46017

ABSTRACT
This paper analyzes the parents and children communication problems during adolescence, Investigation to know now between parent-child communication situation is not optimistic, constitute a parent-child communication barriers between reason and how to correct methods and techniques to language communication with their children. Using the method of questionnaire summarizes up the status quo and composition of the communication in this time period. From case analysis method, emphatically analyzes adolescent parent-child conflicts due to miscommunication between situations, further analysis of the effective communication method. Through the experience summary method theoretical, systematic summarized the communication skills. Hope that through this paper analysis made to strengthen the understanding and respect between parents and children, help bridge the gap between adolescence children and parents, both parties from their own reflection and improvement, so as to achieve the goal of a harmonious family.

家庭沟通语言一直是专家研究热点，家庭中的主要角色便是父母与子女，因此，亲子间的沟通语言便是研究重点。人的一生又要经历幼年期、童年期、青春期、成年期、老年期等几个阶段，而每个阶段都有一定的内容和特点。其中，青春期是当中最为独特的阶段，是从儿童到成人过度的一个重要时期，是决定人一生心理、行为、体质的关键时期。在此期间，实现有效的亲子沟通，是对社会发展与人类关系的促进。
