摘要现代船舶中,船舶轴系作为核心机构,是船舶动力系统中的传动装置。轴系的扭转振动对船舶动力系统中的传动装置的安全性能有很大的影响。所以,轴系的设计及振动计算对现代船舶发展起着非常重要的作用。以现在的科技发展及研究水平,有很多的轴系计算的方法。本文着重介绍了以霍尔茨表法,放大系数法及能量平衡法来计算分析计算轴系的自由振动及受迫振动。这些方法较为容易理解,实用性很高,并且有着成熟的理论指导。84567
本课题主要内容是在VB平台上对推进轴系的扭转振动进行计算与分析,一共包含四大部分:一,论述了船舶推进轴系扭转振动的简化模型及元件刚度和转动惯量的计算;二,轴系振动的主要计算方法(霍尔茨法和传递矩阵法)及方程;三,轴系在受到激振力矩作用下的受迫振动的常规计算方法(能量法、放大系数法)及它们的基本理论方程;四,特例船下程序的运行与计算分析。
本文还分析了国内外船舶轴系扭转振动的研究情况及国内研究成果与世界先进水平之间的差距,简单介绍了一些关于轴系扭转振动的理论和计算方法。同时以47。65m顶推轮为例编写了扭转振动的计算软件,分析数据得出结论,还提出了减振、避振的方法。
