摘要该毕业设计主要研究初步设计双车五环过山车的运动学和动力学分析,其安全性能是否满足GB8404-2008《游乐设施安全规范》的要求。通过SoildWorks建立小车模型和人体模型并组装,导入UG后将组件拆分成左轮,右轮,轮桥,车身,人,连接叉,连接杆7个部分(一节车厢),最终导入到大型力学分析软件Adams中,通过添加各个运动副和约束条件(如摩擦力,刹车力等),形成模型的完全建立。另外需要指出的是,由于该毕业设计着重研究小车的运动学和动力学特征,对轨道并无实体模型的需求,故该毕业设计中的轨道模型是在Adams中建立的两条样条曲线。完成力学仿真后,对该游乐设施的运动学和动力学进行安全性评估,并未轨道结构提供载荷数据。84699
