摘要本文研究了使用DEFORM-3D软件模拟双层铝板轧制过程,分析了不同压下率对双层铝板轧合程度的影响。 双层铝板轧制能够细化铝板的晶粒,提升材料的性能,有很大的应用前景。运用数值模拟技术来进行轧制模拟已经是非常常见的方法,本文选用的DEFORM-3D软件能够分析复杂的塑性变形问题。首先,运用DEFORM自带的模块建立模型并调节相互位置关系,获得轧制模型,再完成导入材料,划分网格,生成运动等前处理步骤,之后生成文件,运行文件,获得轧制过程的模拟数据。进行应力应变分析,得到模拟结论。
模拟结论显示:30%压下率下,双层铝板不能轧合,50%压下率下双层铝板轧合程度较好,70%压下率下轧件表面有较大损伤,轧件在压下率增大情况下,应力应变增加,材料表面损伤增加,所以50%是双层铝板轧制较为理想的压下率。86684

Abstract In this paper, the DEFORM-3D software is used to simulate the rolling process of double aluminum plate and the effect of different compression rates on the rolling degree of double layer aluminum sheet is analyzed。
Double layer aluminum plate rolling can refine the grain and improve the performance of the material。there is a great prospect of application。 It is very common to use numerical simulation technology for rolling simulation。 The DEFORM-3D software is used in this paper to analyze the complex plastic deformation problem。 First, I use DEFORM built-in module to make the model and adjust relationship, obtaining the model of the rolling I also need to complete the prepared steps like importing the material and meshing to generate motion and then generate file, running the file, getting the rolling process simulation data。The simulation results are obtained for the stress and strain analysis 。
Simulation results show that double aluminum plate can not be rolled together at 30% reduction rate, and the rolling degrees of double aluminum is better at 50% reduction rate, the damage of material is great at 70% reduction。The stress and the strain will be greater when the reduction rate become bigger。The damage also has the rule So 50% is the ideal reduction rate of double plate rolling。
