摘要 随着经济的发展，企业之间的竞争日益激烈，现代企业的竞争是全面竞争时代，其中成本控制是一种重要的手段。分析改善企业微气候环境能够提高工作效率和工作质量，变相的节约了成本，大大地增加企业利润，提高了企业在市场中的竞争力。本文在关于微气候环境分析的理论基础上，对微气候的概念进行了诠释，极为详细地论述了微气候对人体，机器和材料的影响，以及微气候对人体舒适度的影响。通过对富士通将军中央空调（无锡）有限公司的基本情况概述，并进行实地调研，通过问卷调查和访谈，多地多点数据测量和数据分析，将理论与实际相结合，提出了该公司存在的问题和不足之处，并对此总结了改善措施。86734
