摘要:本次研究基于静电除尘理论进行实验平台的搭建。根据规格以及安全要求对实验模型进行设计组装,利用空气粉尘浓度检测仪检测,对实验的研究因素,如风速、粉尘浓度、电极板电压、电极板间距以及布置方式等进行影响因素实验并归纳总结。对目前粉尘问题的严重,以及捕尘除尘技术的不断更新,以高压静电除尘为研究对象,对其影响除尘效率的因素进行识别、研究、实验,通过数据的整理、对比,分析结果并得出相关的结论。实验的开展主要在于实验平台的设计搭建,规格以及安全要求是主要的设计原则,通过了解相关集尘器的组成和简易组装的主要部件进行实验模型的建立。采用静电除尘的除尘机理以实验模型为实验手段研究影响静电除尘效率的因素并得出提高静电除尘效率的最佳方式。35182

Research on high voltage electrostatic dust catcher
Abstract: The theory which is based on the electrostatic dust is building experimental platform. According to the specifications and safety requirements to design and assemble experimental model.Test air dust concentration by airborne dust concentration detector experiment.Study the factors,such as wind speed, dust concentration,the electrode plate voltage,plate spacing and layout,etc. Then text factors experiments and summarized. For the current severe dust problems, as well as catching dust removal technology constantly updated,regard high voltage electrostatic dust catcher as a experimental object to study the factors by identifying, researching and experimenting.Affect its removal efficiency through consolidation of data, compare,analyze the results and draw relevant conclusions.Experiments carried out mainly in the design of building experimental platform,especially in the major designing principle of specifications and safety requirements.Set up an experimental model through understanding the main components related to the composition of the dust collector and easy assembly. According to the electrostatic dust removal mechanism and using the experimental model for the experimental to study the effects of electrostatic dust removal efficiency and find an optimum way to improve the efficiency.
