摘要:采用玉米秸秆,大豆秸秆,豆壳为生物质原材料来研究生物质热解及其释放气体特性的研究。热解实验结果表明以产气为目的的热解在800℃左右。在N2气氛下对生物质进行热重分析(TGA),以不同的加热速率(10℃/min、20℃/min、40℃/min)对生物质的失重行为进行研究。对TG和DTG曲线的分析结果表明,生物质的热解行为可以分成两个明显的反应阶段,升温 速率影响物料开始热解的温度以及热解的温度范围,升温速率的提高有利于生物质的热解反应。对生物质热解的TG曲线,DTG曲线和DSC曲线进行分析表明,将生物质的热解分为两个阶段。使用不同金属催化剂热解生物质原料,得出在不同金属催化剂的作用下的TG、DTG和DSC曲线图。通过TG、DTG可看出此种催化剂对生物质热解在某温度下热解速率达到峰值,通过DSC则明显看出有两个失重峰,第一个是热解吸热开始的温度,第二个峰值是达到了热解速率达到了顶峰,通过这三组曲线来详细说明不同生物质和不同作用的催化剂对生物质热解速率的影响。35545
利用单元体箱式电阻炉对生物质进行热解,收集并分析所产生的气体,对其产生气体的量度、成分进行一个分析,得出生物质热解时所产生气体有氢气、甲烷、一氧化碳和二氧化碳等主要气体成分。
