摘要这几年来，随着城市化进程不断推进，城市生态环境正逐渐恶化，同样，徐州地区的生态环境问题已经成为影响其可持续发展的阻碍。如何避免在生态环境污染和破坏的现状中发展建设城市，是我国在城市建设中急需解决的问题。因此，对徐州地区进行生态环境监测评价迫在眉睫。40851
生态环境质量评价是系统性的研究工作，是制定社会经济的可持续发展相关规划和生态环境质量保护措施的重要理论性基础。本论文主要采用的数据为徐州地区的Landsat系列、ASTER DEM等数据，利用专业遥感图像处理软件进行相关的处理，得到用于评价生态环境的一系列生态因子，包括植被覆盖度、坡度、土壤指数等。根据综合指数等方法对研究区的自然生态环境质量进行分析和评价，进而分析现阶段徐州地区的自然生态环境状况：在2003年、2009年、2013年中，徐州地区2003年的生态环境质量总体水平较高，2009年次之，2013年的生态环境质量总体水平较低。这与徐州地区的经济结构以及近年来我国的地区产业转移，导致众多苏南地区污染型产业转移到徐州相一致。这也是致使徐州地区的生态环境质量下降的主要原因，同时人类活动等因素对区域内的生态环境有很大的影响。但随着经济水平的提高，人们也越来越注重生活质量，因此居民区的生态环境质量总体有所提高。总体来说，徐州地区的生态环境质量呈现下降的趋势。这一结论给予了政府和相关部门以决策上的支撑。生态环境评价是落实科学发展观，保护生态环境，全面实现经济节约型、环境友好型的必要前提。因此，我们需要对徐州地区进行环境质量评价来保证实现徐州地区的可持续发展。

Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous development of city urbanization, the city ecological environment is gradually deteriorating. Similarly, the problem of ecological environment in Xuzhou has become the obstacles of sustainable development. How to avoid the current situation of the development in the ecological environment pollution and destruction of city construction is the urgent problem that we need to solve.
The evaluation of the quality of the ecological environment is the systematic research work, and is the important theoretical basis for the formulation of the sustainable development of social economy and the protection of the ecological environment quality. This paper mainly uses the data for Xuzhou Landsat series, aster DEM data and by professional remote sensing image processing software for processing and for evaluation of ecological environment and a series of ecological factors, including vegetation cover, slope degree and soil index. According to the comprehensive index of ecological environmental quality of analysis and evaluation, and analysis of the natural ecological conditions of Xuzhou area: in 2003, 2009, 2013, Xuzhou area in 2003 of the ecological environment quality overall level is higher, 2009 year, 2013 ecological environment quality overall level is low. This and the economic structure of Xuzhou region and the regional industry transfer in recent years, resulting in the transfer of polluting industries in South of Jiangsu to Xuzhou phase. This is also the main reason for the decline of the ecological environment quality in Xuzhou area, and the human activity and other factors have a great influence on the ecological environment in the region. However, with the improvement of the economic level, people pay more attention to the quality of life, so the ecological environment quality of the residents is generally improved. Overall, the quality of the ecological environment in Xuzhou is declining. This conclusion has given the government and the relevant departments to support the decision-making. The ecological environment evaluation is the essential prerequisite for the implementation of scientific development concept, protecting the ecological environment, and realizing the economical and environment-friendly environment.
