摘要国产QU120重载轨道用于炼钢厂钢包运输,轮压为71.5吨.在使用中会出现塑性压展和纵向开裂现象.至今尚未得到分析,严重影响了正常的炼钢生厂.本课题的研究,采用三文接触有限元方法,通过ProE和HyperMesh进行结构建模和网格离散,采用三文接触单元和力学模型,对QU120重载轨道接触应力和接触变形进行分析,找出QU120重载轨道塑性压展和开裂的原因.29024
本文研究过程包括:
1.采用ProE建立结构模型;
2.采用HyperMesh建立离散模型;
3.采用ANSYS建立力学模型;
4.采用ANSYS进行力学分析;
5.提出原因分析结论.

Title Contact stress and deformation between domestic overloaded QU120 rail and wheel
Abstract
domestic QU120 overload rail are used to transport ladle for steelworks,which wheel pressure is 71.5 tons.In use, there will be plastic and longitudinal cracking pressure exhibition.The cause of it has yet not to be analyzed,which Seriously affected the normal steel production.Study of this subject, adopting three-dimensional contact finite element method,structuring model and discreting grid through ProE and HyperMesh,using three-dimensional contact element and mechanical mode to analysis the overloaded rail contact stress on QU120 and contact deformation.In order to identify the causes of QU120 overloaded rail exhibition and cracking plastic pressure.
In this paper, the research process includes:
1. to establish the structural model using ProE;
2. to establish discrete models using HyperMesh;
3. to establish mechanical model using ANSYS ;
4.to conduct mechanical analysis using ANSYS ;
5.to propose reasons and analyze results.
