摘要:LED被称作第四代照明光源,其具备使用寿命长、体积小、安全可靠性强、高效节能、环保等诸多优点,相对于传统光源来说,有着不可比拟的存在优势。也正是因为LED的这些内在优势特点决定了它是替代传统光源最理想的光源。随着LED技术的发展,LED在各个应用领域也越来越深入,并开始逐渐全面替代传统光源。目前,汽车照明系统中也越来越多地运用到LED光源。从刹车灯直到现在的前照灯,在汽车的照明系统中LED所占的分量也越来越重。然而所谓“金无足赤”,LED光源也并非十分的完美,LED对热效应非常的敏感,散热一直以来都是制约LED发展的一大瓶颈。LED的结温的升高不仅对其光效有着较大的影响且很容易损坏LED使其寿命缩短,这在大功率LED中表现更为明显。所以解决LED在前照灯中的散热对于LED的应用非常关键。本文在调研现阶段应用的各种LED散热技术以及LED前照灯散热研究现状的基础上,结合热学、热阻等一些理论计算,通过Pro/E建模软件建立三维立体模型,并对各个设计模型利用FLOEFD软件做了流体热力学仿真分析。优化设计了一种运用于大功率LED前照灯的散热器结构。本文还通过实验测试了结构样灯,利用实验仪器测试出样灯的各个LED光源,散热翅片等的温度分布情况。对实验测得的数据进行分析比较,验证了LED前照灯散热结构优化设计的良好效果。52411

Thermal design and experimental study of high power LED automobile headlight
Abstract: LED is called the fourth generation lighting source, it has the advantages of long service life, small size, high safety and reliability, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and so on, compared with the traditional light source, it has incomparable advantages. It is precisely because of these inherent advantages of LED that it is the most ideal alternative to traditional light source. With the development of LED technology, the application of LED in various fields is more and more popular. At present, the LED light source is used more and more in the automotive lighting system. From the brake lights until the current headlights, the proportion of the LED in the automotive lighting system is also growing. However, LED light source is not very perfect, LED is very sensitive to the thermal effect, which has always been a major bottleneck restricting the development of LED. The increase of LED chip temperature not only has a great impact on its optical efficiency and it is easy to damage LED to shorten its life, which is more obvious in high power LED. Therefore, the high power LED application in automotive headlight, the more critical is to solve the LED light source heat dissipation problem. In this paper, the research on the application of a variety of LED cooling technology and LED based on the current situation of research on the heat radiation, in combination with the theoretical calculation of thermal and thermal resistance, the three-dimensional model was established by Pro/E software, and the fluid thermodynamic simulation analysis was made by using FLOEFD software. Optimize and design a heat sink structure used for high power LED. In this paper, the sample lamp is tested by experiment, the temperature distribution of the sample lamp is tested by the experimental instrument. Through the analysis and comparison of the measured data,prove the good effect of the optimized design of the heat radiation structure of LED .
