摘要:带板的轧制过程实质上是金属在轧辊作用下发生塑性变形的过程,一定断面形状的坯料经过轧制发生明显的纵向延伸和一定的横向流动,最终成为一定尺寸的成品。近年来,随着板带轧制技术的发展以及有限元模拟软件的日益成熟和完善,有限元技术已成为一种被广泛应用于板带轧制过程的有效数值计算方法。因此,有限元软件模拟技术是研究轧制的最有发展前景的方法之一。
本文主要介绍了有限元模拟轧机的研究背景、研究的主要对象、理论发展以及目前主要采用的研究方法。65360

The process of rolling band and plate rolling turned out to be the process of plastic deformation of the metal under the influence of the rolls. the blank of constant cross-sectional shape occurs obvious longitudinal extending and lateral flow after being rolled, which eventually becomes finished product of a certain size. For the past few years, FEM has become a Effective numerical computation method widely applied in strip rolling process with the development of the strip rolling technology and finite element simulation software becoming more and more mature and perfect. Therefore,the finite element software simulation technology is one of the most promising method for research of rolling.
This paper focuses on research background of the finite element simulation of the rolling mill, the main studying objects, theory development and the mainly adopted research methods presently.
