摘要本毕业论文采用脉冲电镀的方法以泡沫镍为载体,以氯化钴、钨酸钠、次亚磷酸钠为电镀液溶质,制备钴钨磷泡沫镍催化剂,以及研究所制备的CoWP/泡沫镍催化剂在硼氢化钠水解制氢实验中的性能。通过实验,研究Co、W、P浓度,电镀电流密度,镀液醇水比,镀液温度在催化剂制备过程中的影响,从而寻找出最优泡沫镍催化剂电镀制备条件。最终经过一系列对比实验研究得出:Co、W、P浓度分别为1.2g/40ml,1.2g/40ml,0.636g/40ml; 酸性电镀液电流密度0.9A/cm2,碱性电镀液电流密度0.7A/cm2;酸性电镀液电镀时间20min,碱性电镀液40min;酸性电镀液镀液温度40℃,碱性电镀液镀液温度50℃时,硼氢化钠水解制氢效果最佳。然后再最优条件情况下,使用SEM方法对最优条件下的样品进行表征,从微观看出催化剂制备良好,在硼氢化钠水解制氢系统中具有良好的催化效果。68859

Preparation and Properties of Hydrogen Production by Hydrolysis of Sodium Borohydride Hydrogen CoWP / foamed Nickel Catalyst
Abstract
The thesis Pulse plating method with nickel foam as a carrier, cobalt chloride, sodium tungstate, sodium hypophosphite prepared as a plating solution solute prepared cobalt tungsten phosphorus foamed nickel catalyst, and the Institute of CoWP / foam nickel catalyst performance hydrolysis of sodium borohydride hydrogen experiment. Investigated by experiments Co, W, P concentration, plating current density, plating alcohol-water ratio, the bath temperature during catalyst preparation, the catalyst in order to find the optimal foamed nickel plating conditions. After the final series of comparative experimental study results: Co, W, P concentrations of 1.2g / 40ml, 1.2g / 40ml, 0.636g / 40ml; acidic plating bath current density 0.9A/cm2, alkaline plating bath current density 0.7A/cm2; acidic plating solution plating time of 20 minutes, the alkaline plating baths for 40 minutes; acidic plating bath temperature was 40 ℃, alkaline plating bath temperature was 50 ℃, the hydrolysis of sodium borohydride hydrogen best. And then under optimal conditions, the use of SEM method samples were characterized under optimal conditions, from the microscopic to see good preparation of the catalyst has good catalytic effect in hydrogen production from hydrolysis of sodium borohydride the system has good catalytic effect.
