摘要: 光学相干断层扫描(OCT)作为一种新的眼科诊断技术以其超高的分辨率从20世纪90年代中期开始逐渐发展起来,OCT的使用特别是对黄斑部疾病、青光眼、白内障、近视眼的诊断和评估有着极其重要的意义。但是,一个有效的病理评估是建立在对整个眼球的全眼域的快速成像分析上,由于时域OCT(TD-OCT)技术的成像速度和傅里叶域OCT(FD-OCT)技术的成像深度有限,目前的OCT系统并不能达到理想的诊断效果,临床上仍然需要一个有效的全眼域成像OCT系统。76306
基于这种情况,本课题提出的具有双光路探测镜头的OCT系统能够完美的解决现阶段仪器的缺陷,该系统在普通傅里叶光谱域OCT的测量臂上添加了另一路具有不同中心波长宽带光的探测光路,通过光学设计使两个探测光路能够分别到达眼前节和视网膜底,从而达到全眼域成像的目的。

The article will elaborate on the principle of the system, and ZEMAX simulates and builds the optical path, and gives the actual measurements。
