摘要污泥具有高含水率、高体积的特点,而且含有大量的有毒物质。如果不能妥善地处理处置城市污泥,将会造成二次污染,并且影响污水厂的正常运行。如何经济而有效地处理处置污泥是目前国内外共同研究的重点。在实验室条件下对污泥进行了静态干燥实验,分析了污泥干燥特性,探讨了干燥温度、颗粒大小对污泥干燥特性的影响,较小的污泥颗粒便于在恒速干燥阶段脱去更多的水分。参与设计了污泥桨叶干燥实验台,考察了污泥在桨叶式干燥机中的运动过程,分析了干燥机热轴转速和导热油温对污泥干燥过程的影响,探讨污泥干燥的最佳工况及工艺的选择。对桨叶式干燥机干燥污泥提出死角改良、干燥废气的收集两个改良建议。10217

Abstract
Sewage sludge has the characteristics of high moisture content and high
volume. It contains large quantities of toxic substances. If we can not
deal with the sewage sludge properly, it will result in secondary
pollution, and it will affect the normal operation of the wastewater
treatment plant. How to dispose of it economically and efficiently has
become a newly world wide problem, and is being sought after both in China
and abroad. The characteristic of the sewage sludge in the static thermal
drying process has been studied experimentally. The experimental includes:
the influences of two factors, such as the diameter of the sludge particles
and the temperature in the drying process. In this subject, study the
movement of the sewage sludge in the paddle dryer. Analysis the impact of
the speed of the shaft and the temperature of the conducting oil in the
drying process. Make a best choice of the technology. Bring out two
suggestions for improvement of the paddle dryer, such as the collection
of the exhaust gas.

1 绪论
1.1 研究的背景与意义
污泥是污水处理过程中产生的固体沉淀物质。根据其来源可以划分为:市政
污泥、管网污泥、河湖淤泥、工业污泥。污泥所含的污染物一般均有很高的热值,
但由于大量水分的存在,使得这部分热值无法利用。如果焚烧高含水率的污泥,
不但得不到热值,还需要补充大量燃料才能完成燃烧;经过机械脱水后的污泥,
含水率80%左右,其处置难度和成本也较高,因此有必要将污泥干化。将污泥的
含水率降到40%左右,然后再将其焚烧,焚烧产生的热量可以满足干燥部分甚至
