摘要本篇论文对海洋工程装备中的半潜驳船的总体布置做出了简要分析。首先介绍了驳船的概念，类型，和国内外的研究现状以及仍然存在的问题。在此基础上，以招商局重工（江苏）有限公司生产建造的38000t半潜驳船为实例，详细研究了该驳船的船型与性能，以及它的综合布置和相关的各种设备。另外还提出了对于半潜驳船的设计要求。81905
以38000吨半潜驳船为参照对象，综合考虑各种因素，本文将模拟它的下水过程。结合实地拍摄的驳船下潜起浮照片，简要概述各个过程。
通过对该试验的理解与研究，对半潜驳船的下水原理及过程进行分析，并总结半潜驳船在下水过程中的注意事项。同时制定出在遇到问题的时候所该采取的紧急预案。
最后本文介绍了驳船的下水过程与系泊。分析了锚系泊的布置原理，并详细介绍了锚系泊过程中所用的相关设备以及布置过程中所要注意的事项。通过对下水过程的介绍让我们对半潜驳船在平台下水过程的应用有更加深刻的了解。

Abstract This thesis concludes a brief analysis about the general arrangement of semi-submersible barge—one of marine engineering equipments。
Firstly,it introduces the concepts and types of barge。Moreover,it describes domestic and foreign research status and remaining problems。On this basis,it takes the 38000t semi-submersible barge as a template,which was built by China Merchant Heavy Industry (Jiangsu)。 Then,it studies the form and performance of this barge。It also refers to its comprehensive arrangements and relative equipments。What’s more,it points out the design requirements of semi-submersible barge。
Setting 38,000t semi-submersible barge as a reference object,and considering various factors, this article will simulate its launching process。Furthermore,it briefly outlines each process with the spot photos,which captures the submergence and floating process of this barge。
By understanding and researching the test,this paper analyzes the principle and process of semi-submersible barge when it submerges。Then it summarizes the matters of semi-submersible barge in the launching process。It also sets up the emergency plans when facing various problems。
Finally, the paper introduces the process of launching barge and mooring。The paper analyzes the principle of anchor mooring。And anchor mooring process are introduced in detail in the relevant equipment in the process of the layout and have to pay attention to matters。 Through the introduction of the anchor, let us have a more profound understanding of the application of semi submersible barge in the platform。
