摘要：2015 年是我国真人秀节目井喷的一年，而东方卫视于 6 月份推出的大型励志真人秀 节目《极限挑战》火爆荧屏，收视率远远超过同期真人秀节目，微博也讨论热烈，作为一 档剧情式真人秀节目，节目内容以故事为依托，围绕社会热点和时代背景，在开放、多元 的叙事情境下，使六位嘉宾通过即兴，自然的演绎，呈现出了作为普通男人代表的“极限 男人帮”在人生规则下的励志故事。基于此，论文从受众、节目形式、与观众互动、宣传 等方面分析其热播原因，同时希望《极限挑战》在节目设定、定位和题材等方面能够为日 后其他真人秀节目的发展提供启示。90600

Abstract：In 2015, China's reality show was blowout, and Dragon TV in June launched a large inspirational reality show "Ultimate Challenge" hot screen, the ratings was far away more than the same period of the reality show, microblog also discussed warmly。 The reality shows as a plot type, the content which is based on stories, surrounding the social hot spots and era background, under the open and pluralistic narrative situation, make six guests through improvisation, natural deduction, revealed a as a representative of the average man's "extreme man is helped" under the rules of life of the inspirational story。 Based on this, the paper from the audience, the form of programs, with the audience interaction, propaganda and so on to analyze its popular reasons。 At the same time, I hope that the “Ultimate Challenge” in such aspects as program setting, positioning and theme to provide enlightenment for the development of other reality shows in the future。
