摘 要：近年来，“互联网+”成为各行各业追捧的热词，它为社会各个领域的发展提供更加宽广、更加便捷的互联网平台，让数字化、信息化、智能化深入社会各个领域，与传统行业创新融合，打造互联网环境下新型的行业发展模式。“一带一路”倡议的提出，再次强调了文化对一个国家、一个民族发展的重要性，发展区域文化更是当今国家发展的重要课题。在“一带一路”背景下，合理利用互联网资源，采用资源型文化产业发展模式、创意型文化产业发展模式和制造型文化产业发展模式，以区域文化产业发展带动区域经济发展。为响应“一带一路”建设倡议，江苏省着力打造沿东陇海线经济带，对包括沿东陇海线在内的苏北地区发展提出了具体的战略部署建议，对沿东陇海线的区域文化产业发展提出新的要求。通过挖掘地方特色、创新文化旅游产业、打造产业集聚区以及利用网络进行营销推广等对策，进一步推动区域文化产业更好更快地发展。92720
