摘要进入互联网时代以来，人类社会的传统传播方式受到了巨大冲击，基于网络的传播方式日新月异的发展速度，超越了人类历史上的任何时期。而几乎每一次互联网传播技术的革新都带来了人类社会的重大变革。近年来，最为引人瞩目的互联网传播技术革新之一就是微博的产生。微博的出现，史无前例地打破了传统媒体环境下话语权的垄断态势。微博运作形态的自主性、发放性、便捷性、交互性，使得任何普通人都有自主了发声的平台。因为这种自媒体的特征，微博迅速成长为丰富、强大的舆论阵地，对于舆论的生成机制起到了变革性的影响。66179
本研究以舆论学、传播学等相关理论为指导，以微博及其对基于微博产生的舆论生成机制的影响为研究对象，通过微博的出现和发展、微博的传播特征、微博对舆论生成机制的影响方式、微博对舆论生成机制的影响力来源等方面问题的探讨，提炼出微博对于舆论生成发展过程的影响的一些基本规律。

Title Characteristics of micro-blog propagation and it’s
influence on the formation mechanism of public
opinion
Abstract
Since the age of the internet, the traditional way of communication in human society has experienced a great shock. The internet-based communication is developing so fast that has surpassed any period in human history. Moreover, almost every innovation of internet communication technology has brought great changes to human society. In recent years, one of the most striking innovations of internet communication technology was the micro-blog. The appearance of micro-blog unprecedentedly broke the discourse monopoly situation in traditional media environment. Features like autonomy, distribution, convenience and interactivity of the operation of micro-blog give every ordinary person a platform to gain voice for themselves. Due to those we-media characteristics, micro-blog has rapidly developed into a perse and powerful position, playing a transformational role in generation mechanism of public opinion.
Taking related theory in public opinion and communication as guidance, this paper will study micro-blog and its impact on generation mechanism of public opinion. By discussing the emergence and development, along with the communication features of micro-blog, and the way to influence generation mechanism of public opinion, as well as the origin of the influence, this paper endeavors to extract some basic rules of the influence in generation and development process of public opinion.
