摘要:在中国网络舆论高速发展,社会舆论环境日益复杂的大背景下,高校作为最受全社会关注的系统之一,也面临着新的挑战。近年来涉及到高校内容的热点事件层出不穷,其中有一些还对学校的声誉和形象造成了一定的负面影响。与政机关和企事业单位相比,高校并未对网络舆论产生足够的重视度,网络舆情应对能力尚显不足。因此,对于网络舆情中高校形象的研究显得尤为重要,只有掌握当前网络舆情的特点,才能为高校在互联网时代的形象塑造和传播提供新的思路和可行的方法。高校形象是在社会实践中逐渐形成的,是通过公众舆论的形态表现出来。在信息时代,高校形象的建设自然离不开网络中的信息传播及与公众的良性互动。本研究将在具体分析网络舆情中高校形象建设存在问题的基础上,分析原因,提出建设高校形象的对策,以期对当前高校形象建设提出有价值的建议。67228
