摘  要:伴随着自媒体时代的到来，自媒体舆论监督开始出现并成为公众实现权力监督的重要渠道，然而自媒体舆论监督在发展过程中也呈现出诸如舆论监督有效性弱化，舆论绑架、监督侵权现象频发的新问题。基于此，本文详细阐述自媒体舆论监督的特点，指出引发自媒体舆论监督负面效应的四个方面的成因：自媒体时代信息的庞杂性、网络媒体对商业利益的过分追求、网民群体情绪的发泄、舆论监管机制的缺失，并从社会层、公众层及媒体自身三个层面提出相应的对策和建议，从而实现自媒体舆论监督的预期目标，以期更好地推动舆论监督健康有序发展。78092

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Self - Media Age Supervision by Public Opinion 

Abstract：With the arrival of the self - media era ,self - media supervision by public opinion began to emerge and become an important channel for the public to realize the power supervision, However, there have been some new problems during the development process of self - media supervision by public opinion, such as the weakening of the effectiveness of the supervision by public opinion, public opinion kidnapping and frequent phenomenon of supervision infringement。Based on this,the article elaborated the characteristics of the self - media supervision by public opinion and pointed out that cause negative effects of self - media supervision by public opinion of four reasons: the self - media age information complexity, the business motivation of the network media, the vent of emotions in the internet users group and the lack of supervision by public opinion mechanism。 Meanwhile the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of the social, the public and the media itself are put forward to realize the expected goals of self - media supervision by public opinion, in order to better promote the healthy and orderly development of supervision by public opinion。
