摘要随着塑料的大量使用和消耗,废塑料也随之大量增加,产生的废塑料必须及时有效地处理,如若处理不当,将会对土地、空气以及地下水造成严重污染。所以要对废塑料进行热解处理,而热解过程中必然产生大量的烟气。本次的论文主要针对的是烟气的除尘脱硫系统的设计。86942
首先,根据国家规定的排放标准和小试工艺设计条件,按照相关的国家设计标准、根据《化工设备设计》中相关技术要求设计了2500m/h烟气处理量,吸收塔的脱硫率为95%,脱硫塔尺寸是6300㎜×1000㎜,材料选择使用16 MnR碳钢,并设计计算脱硫塔的壁厚为6㎜。另外还设计确定了喷淋层高度、喷嘴数、材料以及排列方式。
其次,设计了脱硫系统附属系统和除尘系统,最终确定了烟气系统、浆液系统以及除尘器。
最后,建立脱硫塔的简化三维模型并使用ANSYS对其进行有限元分析,有限元分析包括静力学分析和模态分析。静力学分析主要分析所设计的脱硫塔的受力情况,而模态分析主要用于确定脱硫塔的振动特性。

First of all, according to the provisions of the state emission standard and test process design conditions, in accordance with relevant national design standards, according to relevant technical requirements in chemical equipment design, design the amount of 2500 m/h flue gas processing, absorption tower of desulphurization rate was 95%, the size is 6300 ㎜ x 1000 ㎜ desulfurization tower, use 16 MnR carbon steel material selection, design and calculation of desulfurization tower wall thickness is 6 ㎜。 Also design determines the spray layer height, number of nozzle, the material and arrangement。

Finally, the establishment of simplified model of desulfurization tower and using ANSYS finite element analysis, finite element analysis including the statics analysis and modal analysis。 Statics analysis mainly analysis the force of the desulfurization tower, designed by the modal analysis is mainly used to determine the vibration characteristics of the desulfurization tower。
