摘 要： 中国人寿江西省分公司的综合办公楼的方案设计是我们大学毕业前的最后一次练兵。虽然体量不大，但对我们这些初出茅庐的学生来说，算是一次比较大的挑战了，但同时也是锻炼我们的一次机会。通过这次设计，既让我们对今后的工作设计中所要面临的问题有一个比较全面的认识，也对我们在设计中的不足及时地指出。而这次设计的重点是中国人寿保险股份有限公司——全球最大的保险公司和机构投资者之一。中国人寿保险股份有限公司江西省分公司是中国人寿保险股份有限公司在赣最大的寿险公司，业务发展始终处于江西保险行业主导地位。不难看出，这样一个项目的设计不仅仅要完成一栋楼，需要结合企业本身的特性来对其功能和周围环境相结合，从而反映出中国人寿在这一地区的地位和形象。10538

Abstract: Jiangxi Branch of China Life office building design before we graduated from university last military training. 1 引言
1.1 项目概况
根据任务书的总体规划要求，中国人寿江西省分公司综合楼位于江西省南昌市红谷滩新区，该地属于江西省省级金融中心。地块东面为在建的富隆大厦、高170米、南面为金融大厦高100米。西北两面临街。地块总占地面积8016.2平方米。项目总面积为54000平方米，预留8000平方米考虑出租。建筑限高100米，裙房3-4层，地下2-3层。
2 同类项目现状调研与分析
2.1 同济联合广场调研报告
为此我们小组特地走访了同济联合广场进行了实地调研。它座落于四平路、彰武路交汇处，正对同济大学校门。也是我实习半年的单位所在办公楼。项目占地16736平方米，总建筑面积约81568平方米。由一幢22层甲级办公楼、两幢10-11层商务办公楼和一幢3层沿街商铺围合而成。是融办公、商业于一体的中、高档标志性综合建筑群。前瞻设计，合理导入人流、车流。十余条公交线路，地铁8号线、10号线构筑立体交通，蕴藏巨大发展契机。 综合办公楼建筑设计毕业论文:http://www.youerw.com/yanjiu/lunwen_9631.html
