摘 要：随着我国素质教育的发展，德智体美劳全面发展成为学校培养人才的重点。于是丰富多彩，形式多样的社团如雨后春笋般涌现。音乐社团活动是在社团音乐老师的指导下，以兴趣为媒介，有目的，有计划利用业余时间和空间开展的一种课外活动的形式。本文以社团的研究背景和意义为基础，分析了淮安农村中小学音乐社团的发展现状。并以涟水县红窑实验学校为个例，分析了这所学校音乐社团发展中所遇到的问题，并采访学生参与音乐社团的切身感受。并从思想观念，师资力量，社团管理，校方支持力度，当地政府对社团的态度等方面给出社团的发展提供可行性建议。并对淮安市农村中小学音乐社团的发展做出展望。90813
