音乐教育对推进中小学素质教育的作用探究以河北邯郸为例

摘要：通过走访以及对所在地区(邯郸)的了解，个别地区音乐教育存在一些问题，同时在素质教育的落实上也存在着一些问题，音乐教育作为一种基础教育对于人的美育的培养起着不可或缺的作用。文章的主要内容是通过了解音乐教育的作用，进而了解音乐教育对于落实素质教育的积极作用，目前对于音乐教育以及素质教育现状做了一个基本的了解，通过对个别资深教师的访谈以及社会情况的调查，得出音乐教育对于落实素质教育具有积极的作用。文章的主要目的是希望通过文章使一部分人能够了解音乐教育对于人来讲是不可或缺的，同时对于落实素质教育，促进学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展来说也是必不可少的。92436

在一些走访家乡邯郸的中小学时发现音乐课被大幅占用，进而引发我对于素质教育落实状况的深思以及音乐教育对于素质教育的作用的思考。希望能通过我的探究引发社会对于音乐教育的重视，了解音乐教育对于素质教育的推动作用。

实行素质教育是我国现代化人才建设的需要，而音乐教育是素质教育不可或缺的一部分，它体现了基础教育的任务。提倡素质教育，就是提倡以人为核心的基础教育，从而有利于阻止目前基础教育中存在着的“应试教育”和仅仅为了追求升学率所进行的教育，有利于素质教育全面开展。从全球良好的教育模式中不难发现，实行素质教育势在必行。我将从以下三个方面来进行论述：

（1）邯郸中小学素质教育现况以及成因

（2）音乐教育的作用

（3）音乐教育在素质教育中起到的作用

2。1 邯郸中小学素质教育现况

根据本人对于所在地区部分中小学的了解，邯郸当地很多中小学中为了升学而进行“应试教育”情况非常严重。具体表现为：

1、增加主科（考试科目）的课程，减少副科（非考试科目）如体育、音乐、美术等科的节数。
