[摘要]: 幼儿园教师是幼儿园三大主体之一，教师的专业发展情况对于幼儿园的教学工作有重要影响。新手教师与熟练型教师处于不同的发展阶段，呈现出不同的特点。同时，艺术教育是幼儿园课程的五大领域之一，音乐教育也是构成幼儿艺术教育的一部分。因此，本研究通过对新手教师与熟练型教师在音乐教育活动中的比较，运用访谈法、观察法、案例分析法以及问卷调查法，从音乐教育的理念、内容、策略和师幼互动四个方面分析新手教师与熟练型教师的不同，重点分析新手教师音乐教育活动的不足，进而针对不足对新手教师在音乐教育专业发展上提出建议。34601

Comparing novice teachers with expert teachers in music education activities
Abstract:
Kindergarten teachers are the one of three parts of kindergarten.Professional development of teachers is very important to kindergarten teaching . Novice teachers and expert teachers are at different stages of development ,presenting different characteristics .At the same time,art education is one of the five major areas of kindergarten curriculum .Music education is also forms a part of children’s art education.So, This study compares novice teachers with expert teachers in four aspects of music education,including activities music education idea, content, strategy and young interaction,to find out the differences between novice teachers and expert teachers. Analyzing the shortage of the novice teachers' music education activities to propose the advice of professional development to the novice teachers.It plays an important role for the novice teacher professional development .So further researching the novice teacher's music education activities and comparing with expert teacher’s are very important to promoting novice teacher's professional development.
