摘 要：舞蹈是通过肢体语言向观众表达情感的,观众在看到有情感表达的舞姿中,被舞蹈情绪的感染而得到美的享受。要达到这种效果,就要求表演者有较强的舞蹈表现力。在舞蹈的教学中由于过多地注重舞蹈技术、技巧的训练,而忽视了教学过程中对学生舞蹈表现力的培养。所以，针对培养学生舞蹈表现力存在的不足之处,本文以文族舞蹈《西域风情》为例，通过对作品的了解、教师言传身授的引导、学生综合素质的培养，提出培养学生舞蹈表现力的方法,使学生舞蹈表现力进一步有所提高。38965

舞蹈可以表达内心世界，抒发自身的情感，表现人的生活与精神文化，是人们最为关注与喜爱艺术形式之一。一部成功的舞蹈作品离不开舞蹈的表现力与感染力，想要让舞蹈能够感染到其他人必须要提升舞蹈表现力与感染力。文章对于舞蹈表现力进行了综合性阐述，并对舞蹈教学中培养学生舞蹈表现力方法进行了研究说明。
一、舞蹈表现力的认识
（一）舞蹈表现力的含义
舞蹈表现力是舞蹈表演者在表现舞蹈作品时，通过音乐节奏与舞蹈动作，舞者的内心情感融合在一起，将一部舞蹈的思想内涵以及精神内涵，通过外部的舞蹈动作形成舞蹈表演，舞蹈表现力就是将舞蹈的内涵进行突出表现，达到感染人的效果2。
