摘  要：社区音乐文化建设作为大众音乐教育的重要组成部分,它更重视普及社区成员的音乐素质，提高社区成员的水平,并有利于社区居民健康的身心发展，是具有普及性的、人性化的、大众化的社区音乐文化教育活动。对发展社区音乐文化教育的时代背景、影响和意义进行分析,在终身教育观和建设社会zhuyi和谐文化的双重背景下所进行的社区音乐文化建设的良性发展将会对我国未来的全民音乐教育产生积极的影响。在和国家的大背景下推进社会zhuyi文化建设的繁荣，地方高校音乐学院应该主动加大与当地社区互动联系的力度，并坚持以人性化、互惠性、常态性为基本原则，努力为社区音乐文化建设提供人才培养与社区需求、社会实践与社区活动、课题研究与社区发展的互动提供更多的帮助和指导。73126
