摘 要：新音乐课程标准全面推广实施以来，基础音乐教育在教学方式教学理念及科研等各方面不断得到丰富和发展。但在长期的忽视和应试教育的背景下，农村基础音乐教育仍处于相对落后状态。本文以涟水县梁岔镇中心小学为调查对象，主要通过文献法和电话访谈法对该学校的音乐教育现状进行调查研究。从师资队伍、教学设施，课程设置等方面进行分析，并从这些方面提出了自己的看法和建议。希望为梁岔镇中心小学音乐教育提供理论基础和对策。74351

1 前言
改革开放以来，科技在发展，教育也在飞速发展。素质教育提倡学生要全面发展，艺术教育日益受到重视，音乐教育作为艺术教育的重要组成部分，也备受社会关注。“《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准》颁布以来，在全国各省逐步进行实施，在教学与科研等方面均取得了可喜的成绩”[1]。在大中型城市音乐教育发展相对较好，但是在农村音乐教育却相对落后。我国是一个农业大国，农村人口占总人口的80%。所以发展农村音乐教育也是无需置疑的。论文网
我在梁岔镇中心小学实习了一个学期，在此之前我曾在淮安市外国语实验小学见习了两周时间。这所学校对学生的音乐素质和音乐实践能力培养都非常的注重。有高质量的课堂教学和丰富的开外活动。当我到涟水县梁岔镇中心小学实习后才知道农村音乐教育和城市有多大的差别。本文通过从师资状况、教学设施、课程安排方面来分析这所学校的音乐教育现状揭露其中的原因并提出应对措施。
