摘 要：伴随着素质教育的实施，21世纪教育教学的新观念、新课标对中小学音乐教师的要求也越来越高。根据新课程标准的要求，联系教学实际，本文从中小学音乐教师能力培养的重要性着手，阐述了一个合格的中小学音乐教师所应当具备的音乐理论知识和教育理论知识、分析和处理教材的能力、视唱能力、自弹自唱、舞台表演能力、运用现代信息技术的能力、创新能力、合作能力、组织领导能的多种专业技能，并提出了培养这些能力的措施。83636

Abstract: With the implementation of quality education, the education teaching new concept of the 21st century, the new target is becoming more and more high to the requirement of primary and secondary school music teachers。 According to the requirement of the new curriculum standard, combining with teaching practice, this article from the elementary school music teachers' ability training, the importance of this paper, a qualified primary and secondary school music teachers should have a Music theory knowledge and the education theory knowledge, analysis and processing ability of the teaching materials, sightsinging ability, since the play and sing, stage performance ability, ability to use modern information technology, innovation ability, cooperation ability, can the leadership of the organization variety of professional skills。 and put forward the measures to cultivate the ability。

浅谈当代中小学音乐教师能力培养

随着我国新课程改革的不断落实，基础教育给了音乐教师新的教学任务，需在传播文化知识的同时，更加重视提高同学们的综合实践能力和应变能力，使学生成为符合新时期要求的全面发展型人才。当前的音乐教师虽然具有部分音乐专业技能和一定的教学实践经验，但是满足不了当前中小学生的需求，也跟不上时代发展的脚步，为此提高音乐教师各方面的能力势在必行。音乐教师是音乐教育的启蒙者；是音乐教育的领导者；更是实施美育的践行者。中小学音乐教师的能力将直接影响到教育教学工作开展的进度和速度，也将影响到学生学习兴趣和学习效率。我国教育事业正在逐步与世界发达国家的先进教育接轨，从最初的应试教育到现在实施的素质教育。对当前中小学音乐教师在教育方面的观念、方式方法和实施途径等不断提出新的挑战。培养当前音乐教师的能力，更是势在必行。 当代中小学音乐教师能力培养:http://www.youerw.com/yinyue/lunwen_98718.html
