摘要小户型住宅由于空间紧凑但功能齐全，成本低，方便买卖等特点深受人们追捧,多功能可变形小尺寸的家具作为搭配的首选也慢慢开始崭露头角。
本次毕业设计课题主要探讨多功能家具在小户型中的发挥的作用以及在小户型家居中如何应用多功能可变形家具，使家具的的作用更大程度的发挥，给人们提供更大的生活空间、更方便的生活体验、更有品质的生活方式。并以实际的方案来进行示范和说明。87396
本文共分为三个部分。第一部分绪论，阐述了这个课题的概况，包括选择课题的原因，研究的对象和方法。第二部分，为设计的内容，包括设计中使用的设计手法，设计过程中遵循的设计原则，对于弹性空间和适应性设计的设计思路，设计的三个阶段的过程。第三部分对设计的工艺、材料和尺寸方面作出了说明。

Title Multifunctional transformable furniture design and its application in the of small units
Abstract Small space apartment is widely recommended in terms of the compact space and low cost, whilst easily trading in current house trading markets。 Concomitantly, the small size deformable furniture with multi-functions, which copes with small size houses, is attracting more and more attentions。
In this graduation project, the contribution of multi-functional furniture and strategies of selecting transformable furniture in small space apartments are evaluated so as to provide people with better living experiences and larger spaces。 The results will be demonstrated with practical solutions and clarifications。
The paper is organized as follow: in chapter 1, introduction which covers brief explanations and motivations of this project are proposed, following the strategies of research; in chapter 2, the components and criterions of designing are discussed，including the criterions followed in the process of designing and solutions to adapt flexible space; in chapter 3, the materials and dimensions design has been described。
