ABSTRACT According to the 2016 Art Market Report on the global art market research released by Artron market monitoring center and Artprice, China with 38% art market share return to the world's first, because in 2016, Chinese arts total trade volume reached $ 4。7。92 billion and were sold 91400 pieces by auction。 Visibly, art trade has become a new economic growth point of market。 The appearance and development of art exhibition is the inevitable result of the promotion of political culture and the development of social economy。 The exhibitors' participation directly determines the source of organizer’s income and the sustainable development of art exhibition。 Therefore, it is very important for exhibition organizers to understand the main influencing factors of exhibitors' decision to choose an exhibition, and grasp the rules of their decision-making behavior, that helps for marketing, service quality improvement, existence and development of exhibition。 Selecting the art exhibition’s exhibitors as the research object, aims to find out the main factors and how they influence them to choose a art show, and analyze if the influencing factors of different characteristics of exhibitors are significant differences, on the base of constructing evaluation scale of exhibitors’ participating decision-making factor system and establishing its decision-making process model。
