摘要:随着社会的发展,主题餐厅的出现,迎合着顾客日益变化的餐饮消费需求,它以个性 化、特色化的产品和服务成为了一种新的流行趋势。对于客人来说,进入主题餐厅所得到 的特别享受,更多的来自于餐厅的美妙环境和主题文化的底蕴。这就要求设计师要把握好 餐厅主题的设计,创造合适的主题环境气氛,重视精神表以及资料很少。本案所设计的是以 “迷迭香”为主题的餐饮空间，迷迭香是一种产自欧洲的芳香植物,在西餐中是经常使用 的香料。以此对主题餐厅的空间构成进行了分析，并探讨了各个空间组成部分在体现主题 餐厅主题概念中的作用；主要利用迷迭香形态为设计元素，对空间布局进行研究和设计， 使得空间具有流线感。90592

1 前言
随着社会的进步，人们的生活水平不断提高，饮食不再仅仅是为满足温饱，体验饮食 中的文化特色正逐渐成为越来越多人的追求，在这种背景下主题餐厅应运而生。主题餐厅 自上世纪九十年代初进入我国以来，在国内餐饮市场中得到了蓬勃的发展。然而，国内主 题餐厅在体现主题概念方面也存在很多不足之处。例如，主题餐厅缺乏文化内涵，餐厅空 间环境与主题分离，主题餐厅建筑及店面识别性差等等。餐厅空间是主题餐厅的载体，对 于体现主题餐厅的主题内涵和文化等方面具有重要的影响。因此，本文从饮食文化学、建 筑学、艺术设计学等视角，对主题餐厅空间功能布局设计进行了研究。 迷迭香餐饮空间功能布局设计:http://www.youerw.com/yishu/lunwen_197841.html
