本文先大概谈论了一下中国水墨画技法与水墨动画的概念，并论述了水墨动画的发展 历程。接着分析笔墨在造型与背景上的运用以及在构图上怎么通过多点透视以及留白的方 法，绘画出中国特有的自然风景，表现出承载传统文化精髓的《牧笛》。然后引发我们对 水墨动画的思考，水墨动画制作成本高、工序繁琐、剧本没有新意、利润低等这些方面的 原因导致它在商业市场上得不到重点发展。并且在外国动画的冲击，人才的缺乏下，水墨 动画更加不景气。在文中对中国水墨画技法在动画中的运用提出针对性意见，让中国水墨 动画再次呈现在世界的舞台上。91989
