摘 要：城市经济发展迅速，更要注重生态文明建设，更要注重绿色发展。城市是一个大系统，而特殊地段的广场是一个复杂的小系统。城市设计中文化广场的设计是城市设计的重要课题，城市广场的环境设计虽然只是城市设计的一个方面的内容，但它的设计手法却与城市的总体布局与环境质量密切相关，城市设计正是通过对城市中每个小的局部的设计及对城市总体的考虑来实现的，并最终达到城市整体性环境的统一。
在本方案设计中选取了上海人民广场的中心广场进行规划设计，以家文化为主题，本着绿色发展的理念，为城市“增点绿”。城市广场是市民生活空间的重要组成部分，广场的设计应该彰显人性和公共性。让城市广场拥有活力，不仅仅只是作为城市的形象或是标志，而是融入市民的生活，成为市民真正乐意前往和津津乐道的场所。92117

1 前言
上海人民广场地处上海市黄浦区，位于上海市的地理中心，是上海市最大的公共广场，是上海市政治、文化、商业中心及重要的交通枢纽，也是上海市的标志性景观。本次设计选取的是人民广场的中心广场部分。
2 设计背景
