摘要:本文以电动牙刷为设计研究对象,对电动牙刷的发展现状、基本理论、研究方法、设计评价进行深入的研究总结。综合电动牙刷的人机特性,建立合理的人机交互界面。分析电动牙刷结构的各个部分,探讨人机工程学在电动牙刷设计的应用,将以人为本的思想贯穿整个设计过程,以健康工业设计的标准作为设计原则。在满足人机工程学及其相关学科的基础上,体现设计者的人文关怀,让使用者在最自然的、最舒心的状态下使用产品。以一款情侣电动牙刷的设计为案例,进行外观造型设计,对电动牙刷的CMF进行讨论。通过三维快速成型的的方法,对模型进行制作,以人机工程学原理对设计的电动牙刷进行评估,完成一个以人为本的设计,以及对设计一款健康工业设计产品的追求,对电动牙刷的设计发展具有重要的指导意义。
