摘要我们国家的老龄化进程正在不断加快，传统的居家养老方式已然无法满足养老的需求。面对我国养老这一市场需求，养老服务行业已经成为了一个热点的创业领域。但是在我国，对养老院的环境设计并未被太重视，大都是某个场所赋予养老院的性能。其建筑大都毫无特色可言，忽视了环境对人尤其是老年人的综合影响。本文以上海金福居养老院为对象，分析了老年人的生理及心理的变化，真的现有建筑本身及其空间功能规划的不合理，注重传承地域城市建筑的历史与传统，结合当地的海派文化，提取了海派建筑中的元素，设计出符合上海地区文化以及适合老年人居住的养老院建筑。让老人在居住环境中重温历史，感悟历史，宁静中寻找归宿感，这对老人是重要的精神享受，对社会是一项重要的责任。30925

Abstract Our country is accelerating aging, the traditional methods of home care is alreadyunable to meet the pension needs. Aged face of China's hundreds of millions ofthe market demand, the pension services industry has become a hot spot in the fieldof entrepreneurship. But in our country, the nursing home has not been too muchemphasis on environmental design, mostly a place given to nursing homeperformance. Most of its buildings have no features to speak of, ignoring inparticular the comprehensive environmental impact of older people. This articleranks above Jinfuju nursing homes for the object, it analyzes the changes in theelderly physiological and psychological, really existing building itself and itsirrational space functional planning, focusing on the history and heritage oflocal traditional urban architecture, combined with the local Shanghai cultureextracting a sophisticated architectural elements in the region designed to meetthe Shanghai culture and nursing homes for the elderly living building. Reviewingthe history of the elderly living environment, perception of history, to find apeaceful feeling of belonging, it is important for the elderly to enjoy the spiritof the community is an important responsibility.

1 绪论建筑是因为有人的居住而生命。上海现有的建筑筑留下了中西文化想好后交融的印记，蕴藏着一个个关于人世与命运的故事，通过它们能够感受到上海风雨沧桑的岁月，这也已然成为了极具文化底蕴的历史遗迹。原有的城市记忆肌理和尺度慢慢被打破，慢慢变成一个无色无的枯燥城市，当初的记忆已被埋藏在混凝土的世界里，我们应该要建造属于我们自己的城市记忆。一种风格流派的崛起，绝不是一时的，而是吸收融合了其他风格有价值的元素的结果，不同风格是相互借鉴的。传统并不是静止不动的，而是一直发展到现在，那些历经千年的东西是能满足人们基本幸福的。如何将腐朽的艺术重新传达出新的现代美，这是我们应该追求的目标。城市多元化并不在于形式的差别有多大，而是在不同的形式下，如何因地制宜、以人为本地创造出新的美。建筑设计，不管是什么流派，所创造的内外空间，归根结底就是不能让人的生理和心理感到陌生、不适应甚至荒诞，对于老年人来说，这些要求在养老院建筑中显得尤为重要。 海派文化视域下的养老院建筑设计:http://www.youerw.com/yishu/lunwen_26907.html
