文字作为信息表达符号，是在人类长期生活实践过程中逐渐成熟成型的。早期的结绳记事、仓颉造字的出现标志着人类利用抽象符号记录时间和思想的开始。纵观中国的文字发展，汉字历经了从甲骨文到金、篆、隶、楷、草、行六大字体的沉淀。随着印刷字体的出现，为了满足市场需求字体逐渐向简化和规范的方向发展。如今，社会的发展对文字的要求越来越高，各种具有特色的字体应运而生，其中汉字种类也越来越多样，文字世界也越来越丰富。
一 字体设计的意蕴表现
