摘要山以其复杂而又多变的地貌结构,成为中国人心中特殊的精神寄托,古人往往借山水寄情,抒发情感、寄托情思。有形容“轻于鸿毛、重于泰山”、又有成语典故“愚公移山”,再如“父爱如山”,山的形象在这里已经不仅仅是自然界的“山”了,它具有了多重的象征意义,引发的联想也是多方面的:象征着民族志气、象征着艰难险阻、象征着父亲、象征着一种高度、象征着人类进化中的漫长历程。正因为“山”的这种“宽度”提供给艺术家无限的创作灵感,由此所致艺术作品中的“山形象”丰富而多元、立体且多面。当代艺术作品中也不乏对山形象的追踪,其中的意义与目的指向讨论“古典品质和当代精神的契合”,而山也成为当代艺术家寄情的对象,笔者于当代艺术家尚扬与展望的作品中得到启发,从型和质的角度出发进行创作实践,开掘自己的创作语言,尝试传达自己的关注——“表象与内心”的关系与矛盾。50642

一 “山文化”的综述
